(HeRO) is an alliance of concerned businesses, residents, town officials, and local organizations, united to protect the health and beauty of the Ogunquit and Josias Rivers, from the headwaters of their tributaries in the towns of South Berwick, Wells, York, and Ogunquit, to the estuary, beaches, and picturesque cove that are jewels of the southern Maine coastline.
